Dead in the Water

That hissing sound you hear is the air escaping the balloon of the Karl Rove scandal. It seems Rove found out Joe Wilson's wife worked for the CIA from Robert Novak. So if Novak was asking Rove about it, I guess he didn't get it from Rove. I particularly like the quote from the prosecutor in the link that says Rove "is not a target of the investigation."

Joe Wilson and Chuck Schumer can quit their grandstanding now. It is ridiculous to demand an innocent man resign before being found guilty. The wind has left the sails of this scandal, leaving their ship dead in the water.
